Those who have proposed measures for enhancing administrative efficiency or reducing budget expenditures, or who have contributed to national or societal interests and development, among those who have been recognized as exemplary government employees for performing their duties with integrity, honesty, and diligence based on strong sense of responsibility and clear view about the nation and public service.
Model departments and agencies
Departments or agencies that have performed their main services, functions or duties remarkably well compared to other agencies or departments, among those that have efficiently performed their main duties or functions in harmony with all members in the departments

Anyone can recommend public servants, departments or agencies that are believed to fall under the requirements above.

Best practice awardees are selected from those who are nominated through the website and internal audit bodies, and awarded by the Chair of the BAI, heads of superior government agencies and relevant agencies. The best practices are also published to publicize them widely.
